Job summary

Three Saints Bay, LLC is seeking a Supply Technician to provide logistics support for the Naval Undersea Warfare Center (NUWC) Division Keyport in Keyport, WA. The role encompasses procurement management, PHS&T activities, configuration management, and detailed documentation and reporting across NAVSEA standards.

Responsibilities include developing procurement plans, coordinating with vendors, tracking orders and delivery schedules, and maintaining compliance with environmental and safety

Qualifications

• Knowledge of NAVSEA Logistics Systems and procedures.
• Familiarity with NAVSEA documentation requirements.
• Proficiency in procurement systems.
• Experience with Navy ERP, FPDS and WAWF for procurement activities.
• Competence in PHS&T processes and environmental/safety compliance.
• Experience using CMDB or similar tools for tracking changes.
• Excellent documentation and reporting skills using SharePoint/PLM/EDA.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain procurement plans aligned with project schedules and requirements.
• Coordinate with vendors to acquire equipment, software, and services.
• Track procurement status, contracts, and delivery schedules.
• Coordinate with logistics providers for timely delivery of materials and equipment.
• Monitor storage conditions and regulatory compliance for items.
• Maintain logs of PHS&T activities and transportation records.
• Track and document configuration changes and maintain baselines.
• Prepare logistics documentation and generate status reports.
