Job summary

SAIC is seeking a Logistics Analyst in San Diego, CA to support the In-Service Engineering Agent (ISEA) and Submarine Communications program for Naval Information Warfare Center Pacific. The role involves logistics support, warehousing, shipping & receiving, distance and engineering support.

Key duties include material receipts, planning and controlling production schedules, coordinating material requirements, and ensuring timely delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree and 3+ years related experience or years of experience in lieu of degree.
• Must hold a current and active Secret clearance with ability to obtain Top Secret.
• U.S. Citizen required.
• Ability to lift 40 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Perform material receipts, PHS&T functions, and inventory control for the program.
• Plan, prepare, issue, and control production schedules coordinating material requirements for timely delivery.
• Generate and coordinate shipments with 100% accuracy of shipping documents.
• Cross-reference NSN with manufacturer part numbers using logistics software.
• Identify and work with vendors for parts procurement; initiate purchase requests.
• Track status of ordered materials and provide estimated delivery dates to customers.
