Job summary

Booz Allen Hamilton seeks a Naval IT Portfolio Manager to support DoD/DON policy alignment and ensure compliant IT portfolios for the Navy. You’ll guide project roadmaps, milestones, and metrics while coordinating with stakeholders to deliver mission-ready digital solutions.

The role requires 3+ years' experience in IT policy and portfolio management, strong communication with Echelon I/II, and DoD cybersecurity certification.

You Have:

  • 3+ years of experience performing research and record maintenance of complex technical and scientific applications, systems, data, and databases identified in the Department of the Navy ( DON ) Application and Database Management System ( DADMS ) and DoD IT Portfolio Repository-DON ( DITPR-DON ) to manage applications, systems, data, and database records and portfolios of applications and systems per DoW and DON policy
  • 3+ years of experience providing technical and administrative support to address emergent IT policy and strategy regarding applications, systems, data, and databases, including creating functional area analysis reports, strategy documents, and briefings suitable for Echelon I and II presentations
  • Experience communicating clearly with Echelon I and II representatives as necessary to maintain comprehension of IT portfolio management business rules and policies for applications, systems, and databases
  • Ability to provide technical guidance on technical and scientific applications, systems, and their data and databases, as well as emerging policy on DoW technology or policy being emb race d such as cloud migration, DevSecOps, and application modernization
  • HS diploma or GED
  • DoW 8140.03 compliant Cybersecurity Certification

  • Experience with IT applications and data related to met eorology, oceanography, or environmental intelligence
  • Bachelor’s degree in a Science, CS, Cybersecurity, or related field

The projected compensation range for this position is $86,800.00 to $198,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
