Job summary

Booz Allen Hamilton seeks a Maritime Systems Technician to support unmanned systems programs for national defense. You will work within a multi-disciplinary team to research, design, and develop comprehensive products that advance mission capabilities.

The role emphasizes analytical rigor, strategic thinking, and DoW-aligned objectives. You will act as a trusted advisor to clients, analyzing complex systems, policies, and documents, and you will help plan and execute tasks across unmanned

Qualifications

  • Experience working in multi-disciplinary teams on complex projects.
  • Experience writing information papers and concepts of operation (CONOPs).
  • Experience supporting Department of War Test and Evaluation for new technologies.
  • Experience delivering training to Department of War personnel for unmanned maritime systems.
  • Experience deploying unmanned system technologies including execution strategy and risk mitigation.
  • Experience with DoW command structures, policy and formal documentation.
  • Ability to organize, schedule, and facilitate technical meetings and working groups.
  • Ability to analyze, research, and organize technical data into reports and presentations.

You Have:
  • Experience in being part of a multi-disciplinary team delivering on complex projects
  • Experience with writing information papers and concepts of operation ( CONOPs )
  • Experience in supporting DoW Test and Evaluation assessments for new and emerging technologies
  • Experience delivering reference-based and hands‑on training to Department of War personnel for unmanned maritime systems
  • Experience in deploying unmanned system technologies to include execution strategy, operational planning, and risk mitigation
  • Experience with Department of War command structures, policy and formal documentation
  • Ability to organize, schedule, and facilitate technical meetings and working groups
  • Ability to analyze, research, assess, and organize technical data into cohesive and clear technical reports and presentations

  • Knowledge of Submarine deployment and Operational Tempo
  • Possession of excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Possession of excellent critical thinking, analytical, and organizational skills

The projected compensation range for this position is $86,900.00 to $198,000.00 (annualized USD).
