Job summary

Booz Allen in the United States seeks a Naval Network Operations Oversight Project Manager to guide DoD IT network initiatives with Navy fleets, translating requirements into actionable plans and milestones that drive mission success.

You will lead cross‑functional teams, apply Agile practices, develop senior‑level briefings, and coordinate with government officials while upholding security clearances and program goals.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in DoD program or project management
• Experience supporting Navy fleet operations and Echelon II commands
• Experience delivering medium to large IT projects
• Proven ability to develop senior-level briefings, whitepapers, and executive summaries
• Experience with stakeholder management and coordinating actions to support mission objectives
• Experience briefing senior military/government officials at O-6/GS-15 level or higher
• Knowledge of IT network operations; Agile tools such as Kanban boards and project tracking apps (Azure DevOps, ServiceNow, Jira, Confluence)
• Ability to translate technical information for non-technical audiences
• Secret clearance and Bachelor's degree
• PMP Certification (nice to have)

Responsibilities

• Oversee network operations and sustainment with cross-functional teams aligned to program goals
• Communicate effectively to ensure program goals and quality standards are met
• Translate requirements into project plans, milestones, and realistic schedules
• Lead client engagement sessions using Agile methodologies
• Prepare and deliver executive-level communications and briefings
