Lukos is seeking personnel to support the Naval Special Warfare Civilian Human Resources Office (NSW HRO) with administrative HR work. Contractors assist with position classification, staffing, training, performance management, and related HR functions.

Responsibilities include developing position descriptions, conducting analyses of workforce structure, and implementing internal HR processes across staffing, training, and awards in a civilian context.

Qualifications

• Three years’ experience performing administrative functions in civilian HR.
• Two years developing and executing internal HR processes (staffing, training, etc.).
• Three years’ experience with Microsoft 365 apps and Copilot features.

Responsabilités

• Assist with developing and classifying position descriptions and HR analysis.
• Assist with internal HR processes including staffing, training, performance management and awards.
