Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree requirement or 10+ years of HM&E-related Navy experience in lieu of degree.
• Demonstrated knowledge of U.S. Navy HM&E systems, shipboard maintenance, repair, modernization, and operations.
• Experience supporting program management, project management, government contract operations, ship maintenance, or technical operations.
• Ability to analyze program, staffing, technical, schedule, and performance information and develop recommendations for management.
• Ability to identify program risks, deficiencies, staffing requirements, and operational issues and assist in developing corrective actions.

Responsibilities

• Analyze contract requirements, program performance, staffing, schedules, milestones, deliverables, and operational requirements.
• Monitor and analyze program metrics to identify risks, trends, staffing gaps, and performance issues; recommend corrective actions.
• Prepare, coordinate, and maintain monthly contract deliverables, reports, briefings, spreadsheets, presentations, and other management documentation.
• Coordinate program travel requirements, schedules, authorizations, supporting documentation, and other travel-related requirements.
