Epsilon Systems Solutions, Inc. seeks a Program Analyst I in Norfolk, VA to provide analytical, technical, and operational support for government contracts. You will assess program performance, staffing, schedules, and deliverables, and offer recommendations to management.

The role requires substantial U.S. Navy HM&E knowledge, shipboard maintenance experience, and the ability to work independently while coordinating across Program Management, Human Resources, and customers.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Engineering, Project Management, or related discipline; OR a minimum of ten (10) years of relevant U.S. Navy HM&E technical, maintenance, repair, operational, or program support experience in lieu of a bachelor's degree.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of U.S. Navy HM&E systems, shipboard maintenance, repair, modernization, and operations.
  • Experience supporting program management, project management, government contract operations, ship maintenance, or technical operations.
  • Demonstrated ability to analyze program, staffing, technical, schedule, and performance information and develop recommendations for management.

Responsibilities

  • Analyze contract requirements, program performance, staffing, schedules, milestones, deliverables, and operational requirements to support successful contract execution.
  • Monitor and analyze program metrics to identify risks, trends, staffing gaps, technical concerns, schedule impacts, and performance issues and recommend appropriate corrective actions.
  • Exercise discretion and independent judgment in evaluating program requirements, staffing, technical issues, schedules, and contract performance, including identifying deficiencies, evaluating alternatives, and recommending courses of action to Program and Project Management.
  • Prepare, coordinate, and maintain monthly contract deliverables, reports, briefings, spreadsheets, presentations, and other management documentation.
  • Analyze program, staffing, technical, and performance information; identify potential risks or deficiencies; and develop actionable recommendations to improve program execution.
