Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in mechanical or electrical engineering or equivalent experience.
• 8+ years of experience in structural, mechanical and/or electrical system repair/installations.
• 8+ years’ experience managing HM&E for repair, maintenance and modernization.
• Strong background in Modernization, Maintenance & Repair and ability to read complex drawings.

Responsibilities

• Oversee program results in quality, safety, cost, schedule and performance.
• Directly supervise Project Managers and foremen on program projects.
• Act as primary customer contact and lead program reviews including cost and schedule.
• Develop and submit technical and cost proposals for RFQs/RFPs.
• Monitor progress, manage resources, and coordinate corrective actions to meet goals.
