• Demonstrated ability to work with senior government leaders and lead capture activities.

Responsibilities

• Lead growth plans aligned with D&I strategic goals.
• Identify key growth areas and develop new business lines.
• Maintain Salesforce pipeline with timely updates and reporting.
• Mentor Capture Managers and drive key pursuits to close.
• Coordinate with Operations, Solution Architecture, Proposal Services and other teams.
