Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Travel to customer sites to install, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair equipment
• Diagnose mechanical and electrical issues in a range of equipment
• Identify parts and materials needed for repairs and maintenance
• Explain technical issues to customers and ensure satisfaction with services
• Document work performed, parts used, and time spent; submit reports on time
