Job summary

Laredo Technical Services, Inc. in the Naples area seeks a BAH Program Manager to support NAVFAC EURAFCENT and NSA Naples with planning, scheduling, and project management.

The role involves coordinating MILCON and related acquisitions, traveling to NSA Bahrain, and leading a multidisciplinary team to meet cost and schedule targets. Candidates should have a 4-year degree and 5+ years of technical/engineering experience on government programs, with strong communication and organizational skills.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of technical and practical experience as a degreed Engineer or Architect on DoD or similar government projects.
• Experience coordinating multidiscipline design and construction projects.
• Strong program management, planning, scheduling, and procurement skills.

Responsibilities

• Be a U.S. citizen.
• Provide program management support for MILCON and related projects, pre- and postaward.
• Oversee development of design packages and RFP technical requirements.
• Coordinate with ROICC, NAVFAC EURAFCENT, and NSA Bahrain to meet schedule and cost targets.
