Job summary

Laredo Technical Services, Inc. is seeking a Civil Engineer to support NAVFAC EURAFCENT objectives, primarily at NSA Naples with occasional travel to NSA Bahrain.

You will provide planning, estimating, scheduling, engineering, and project management services for a wide range of facilities. The role requires a ABET-accredited civil engineering degree, 5+ years of design experience, and proficiency with AutoCAD, SpecsIntact, Word, and Excel.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree from ABET-accredited Civil Engineering program with 5+ years of civil design experience.
• Experience on Federal Agency CIP projects and proficiency with AutoCAD, SpecsIntact, Word and Excel.
• PE registration desired; surveying experience preferred; knowledge of DoD/Navy specs.

Responsibilities

• Prepare detailed civil engineering analyses, calculations, and designs.
• Develop plans using AutoCAD, specifications, and cost estimates.
• Support in-house/A/E design bid-build and design-build projects for NAVFAC EURAFCENT.
• Coordinate with stakeholders and ensure system integration across disciplines.
• Lead budgeting, planning, and project management activities for site development and civil works.
