Planate Management Group is seeking an experienced BAH Rebuild Program Manager to support U.S. Navy facilities projects in NSA Naples, Italy. You will lead complex construction programs, managing project planning and execution while coordinating multidisciplinary teams for effective delivery.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Architecture and at least 5 years of experience in relevant projects. Full-time benefits include medical and dental insurance, 401K eligibility, and paid time off.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years of technical and practical experience on U.S. DoD or similar projects.
• Experience with multidisciplinary construction projects.
• Valid US driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Support the Resident Officer in Charge of Construction in management of projects.
• Lead and manage multidisciplinary teams for construction programs.
• Oversee project design packages and resource allocation.
