Job summary

Laredo Technical Services, Inc. is seeking a Functional Administrative and Management Support Analyst to support NAVFAC EURAFCENT operations from NSA Naples, with occasional travel to NSA Bahrain.

You will plan, estimate, schedule, and manage engineering and administrative tasks in a fast-paced government contracting environment. Qualifications

• Minimum of an associate’s degree with focus in business, management or finance and five years of relevant industry experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Project and Adobe Acrobat Professional.
• Analytical problem-solving skills and proficiency in data analysis software (Power BI).
• Strong communication abilities and experience in team building and leading teams.
• Experience with managing project lifecycles and understanding business concepts like resource planning and procurement.

Responsibilities

• Provide program and project execution management for NAVFAC EURAFCENT contracting effort and the Planning, Design and Construction (PDC) Directorate.
• Analyze overall program execution data and resource requirements and respond appropriately.
• Assist with planning and design execution of acquisition programs and funds management through work completion for all assigned workloads.
• Plan for execution of programs coordinating with other key managers in the PDC Directorate and Contracting Support Line to ensure efficient and effective completion of project planning actions and designs.
• Manage incoming workload and the work induction process for all new work accepted for delivery within the FEC Core.
• Assist with efforts to determine Acquisition Strategies and the allocation of resources to major projects.
