Job summary

Noblis MSD seeks an In Service Engineering Agent (ISEA) to support NAVSEA/NSWCPD Hull, Mechanical, and Electrical programs. You will provide engineering and technical assistance in San Diego, with travel to Norfolk, Philadelphia, and Pascagoula.

Responsibilities include overseeing waterfront activities aboard ships, diagnosing ECS faults, and coordinating installation and testing efforts. The role requires a US citizen with an active Secret Clearance, strong communication skills, and up to 25%

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent with 0–3 years of relevant experience; may accept alternatives.
  • US citizenship with active Secret clearance is required.
  • Willingness to travel up to 25% domestically and internationally.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate waterfront activities onboard U.S. Navy ships and provide ECS technical expertise.
  • Identify, analyze, and diagnose system faults and recommend repairs.
  • Attend production and status meetings and provide installation/repair updates.
  • Develop and execute test plans for Engineering Control Systems.
