Job summary

Serco Inc. is seeking an Engineer to support complex Navy programs out of Arlington, VA.

The role involves engineering analysis, documentation, and program management tasks across the lifecycle of amphibious warfare systems, including LCU class support and ongoing modernization efforts. Candidates should have a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (ABET-accredited) or equivalent experience, be able to obtain a DoD Secret clearance, and be willing to travel up to 10% to shipyards or naval facilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering from ABET-accredited college or university.
• Professional experience can substitute for degree with minimum 5 years of specific work experience.
• Ability to obtain and maintain DoD Secret security clearance.

Responsibilities

• Provide basic program management support in project scheduling, tracking metrics, and cost estimating.
• Coordinate meetings, discussions, and track action items with the customer.
• Support testing, evaluation, and engineering computations; draft and review technical documents.
