Job summary

MITRE is seeking a Naval Digital Infrastructure & Services Project Leader to guide a ~26 FTE program across Navy networks and manpower systems. The role integrates enterprise IT, cybersecurity, and data analytics to deliver measurable mission impact for PA E MS priorities and sponsor needs.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in systems engineering, engineering, computer science, information systems, cybersecurity, data science, operations research, business or acquisition management.
Demonstrated Department of War acquisition experience and translating mission needs into acquisition strategies and requirements.
Experience leading complex, multifaceted technical projects with multiple concurrent tasks and sponsor visibility.

Responsibilities

Provide strategic, technical, acquisition, and operational leadership for the Digital Infrastructure & Services project, aligning tasks with PAEM S priorities.
Maintain understanding of mission, portfolio structure, acquisition environment, and customer needs across enterprise networks, digital services, data, cybersecurity, and manpower systems.
Lead through Task Leaders; set cross-project priorities; coordinate staffing, budget, schedules, and resources; ensure delivery.
