Job summary

GreenXT in Washington, DC area is seeking a Database / Information Technical Analyst to support Navy customers within AMIS and iNAVSEA SharePoint. The role focuses on database management, data analytics, and reporting across NAVSEA systems.

You will interface with SEA-00I, DTIC, and NMCI teams; maintain data accuracy; develop dashboards; and provide troubleshooting within the acquisition environment. A DoD clearance and 8 years experience are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, CS, information systems, math, or related technical discipline.
• 8 years of relevant database management or information systems experience.
• Active DoD Secret Level Security Clearance is required.
• Experience communicating with government stakeholders.
• Experience supporting Navy enclaves, NMCI, or NAVSEA information systems.
• Experience with AMIS, iNAVSEA SharePoint, or NAVSEA enterprise systems.
• Experience supporting PEO SHIPS or Navy acquisition organizations.
• Strong communication skills with internal and external stakeholders.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Access, Excel pivot tables, and linked workbooks.

Responsibilities

• Maintain AMIS, iNAVSEA SharePoint, and NAVSEA information systems.
• Support database structures, queries, and data integrity across GFE/CFE tracking systems.
• Develop, maintain, and optimize Microsoft Access, SharePoint lists, and other data repositories.
• Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and traceability across government systems.
• Perform technical data analytics to support acquisition reporting and metrics.
• Build dashboards, pivot tables, linked spreadsheets, and automated reports.
• Analyze system data to identify trends, discrepancies, and risks for government review.
• Support development of acquisition metrics for AMIS leadership.
• Provide Windows 10 and NMCI troubleshooting within the acquisition environment.
• Coordinate with SEA-00I, DTIC, NMCI enclave teams to resolve issues.
• Support ticket creation, tracking, and resolution for access and data issues.
• Communicate daily with government acquisition teams.
• Provide clear status updates on database issues and analytics outputs.
• Participate in AMIS/iNAVSEA data management discussions.
• Manage customer expectations through disciplined execution and timely resolution.
• Prepare technical notes and database configuration updates.
• Maintain records of system changes and analytics outputs.
• Generate acquisition-aligned data products for government reporting.
