Job summary

Morgan Business Consulting is seeking a Senior Database Management Analyst in the Washington, D.C. area. You will provide critical data analytics support to Navy program offices, administering databases, ensuring security, and coordinating multiple stakeholder inputs.

Candidates should have 10+ years in Navy database support, strong MS Office/SharePoint skills, and eligibility for a DoD SECRET clearance. Willingness to travel domestically and internationally is expected.

Qualifications

• At least 10 years of experience providing database support to U.S. Navy program offices.
• Eligibility to obtain a DOD SECRET security clearance.
• Excellent attention to detail, organizational skills, and multitasking ability.
• Strong verbal and written interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.
• Willingness to travel domestically and internationally per client needs.

Responsibilities

• Administer, test, implement, and coordinate changes to databases, applying knowledge of DBMS.
• Plan, coordinate, and implement security measures to safeguard databases.
• Maintain databases within an application area, solo or as part of a team.
• Plan internal and external engagements, including meetings and events.
• Draft briefing materials and documents per Navy guidelines.
• Coordinate data calls and synthesize inputs for government leadership.
• Evaluate deficiencies, recommend improvements, and coordinate implementation.
• Summarize meeting minutes and assist with action items.
• Schedule appointments, arrange meetings, and coordinate travel when needed.
• Attend meetings and program reviews, assist with presentations and communications.
