Job summary

Reliability & Performance Technologies ( R&P ) is hiring a Combat System Technician to support US Navy Combat Systems installations and testing in Pascagoula, Mississippi. The position demands a high school diploma and three years of combat system engineering experience, including electromagnetic interference and cable testing.

Qualifications

• Graduate of a high school or trade school with credits in algebra, geometry, and physics.
• Three years of experience in Surface Combatant Class Naval ship systems.
• Ability to perform land-based and underway testing.
• Current US DOD Secret Security Clearance or ability to obtain one.

Responsibilities

• Monitor equipment installations and perform test witnessing.
• Install, test, and verify functionality of US Navy Combat Systems.
• Assist in system familiarity and operation for Shipsforce personnel.
• Support Acceptance and Final Contract Trials.
