Job summary

Reliability & Performance Technologies ( R&P ) is looking for an experienced junior-level ship systems test and activation engineer to join our team in Pascagoula, Mississippi. The position involves complete end-to-end inspection and testing of ship systems, requiring excellent operational skills and prior military experience, particularly for U.S. Navy veterans or Merchant Mariners.

Qualifications

• Excellent skills in ship system operations, servicing, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair.
• Ability to read and understand technical documentation.
• Prior service in the U.S. Navy or U.S. Merchant Marines preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform complete end-to-end ship system inspection, grooming, activation, and test.
• Provide support for hull, mechanical, electrical, mission, C5I and/or weapon system components.
• Conduct tests and analyze results to prepare reports on findings.
