Job summary

Noblis, Inc. seeks Systems Engineers to lead and support the engineering, integration, and sustainment of hybrid software, web, and hardware products for Navy networks both afloat and ashore.

Roles require managing lifecycle activities across ADNS, CANES, CENTRIXS-M, CaaS, ISNS, SCI Networks, ACS, SDN, and TNGN platforms. Responsibilities include reviews, technical support, design analyses, and developing test packages while ensuring cost, schedule, and performance tradeoffs are balanced.

Qualifications

• Active DoD Secret clearance; ability to obtain TS/SCI.
• U.S. Citizenship required.
• BS in an Engineering discipline (minimum).
• Experience with Navy C4I systems integration and sustainment.
• Experience managing full development cycles (specification, design, coding, testing, maintenance).
• Experience in the development, review, and management of engineering drawing packages supporting C4I system design, installation, modification, and sustainment activities across shore and shipboard environments.
• Proficient in CAD tools including AutoCAD for 2D and 3D drawing development.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Attention to detail and accuracy.
• Must be able to work in a fast‑paced environment and adapt to changing requirements.
• Some travel may be required.

Responsibilities

• Participate in technical reviews and assist in development/revision of specifications and change notices.
• Provide engineering support for architecture, ECOs, BOMs, and related documents.
• Perform system evaluations, requirement reviews, and trade studies to improve operations.
• Provide plans and recommendations for primary C4I systems and upgrade programs.
• Maintain and validate engineering mockups of tactical network systems.
• Develop, execute, and maintain SOVT packages per SPEG and perform SOVT testing.
• Provide sustainment support identifying and resolving system deficiencies.
• Develop engineering solutions including root-cause analyses and corrective actions.
• Support network engineering with IDPs and full set of engineering drawings.
• Provide IA integration guidance for tactical systems and DevSecOps support.
