Job summary

Noblis MSD is seeking Software Engineers to research, design, develop, and maintain computer and network software for Navy afloat and ashore tactical networks and C4I systems. You will work across disciplines to integrate hardware and software, develop specifications, and ensure performance requirements for Navy platforms.

The role emphasizes automation, testing, and supporting DevSecOps for proactive sustainment and security. A DoD clearance and U.S.

Qualifications

• BS in a quantitative field with 3 years of software engineering experience, or MS with 1 year.
• Active DoD Secret clearance; ability to obtain TS/SCI.
• U.S. Citizenship required.
• Experience with modern software development methodologies (Agile, DevOps/DevSecOps).
• Experience with installation activities and system transitions.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Research, design, and develop software for Navy afloat and ashore networks.
• Analyze user needs and develop software solutions for tactical networks.
• Update and enhance software for ADNS, CANES, ISNS, and related systems.
• Integrate hardware and software across disciplines and ensure performance requirements.
• Support DevSecOps engineering for security monitoring and release feedback.
• Document tests and results per guidelines and reporting procedures.
