Qualifications

• Valid state driver’s license; drug screening and background checks.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on HVAC, roll-up doors, fire protection, generators, lighting, and related equipment.
• Maintain work orders and records; report on daily operations.
• Respond to service calls and assist with operational tasks as directed.
