Qualifications

• Must be enrolled full-time at a college or university.
• Pursuing a Bachelor or Masters in Civil, Mechanical, Aeronautical, Naval Architecture/Engineering, Ocean or Aerospace Engineering.

Responsibilities

• Perform calculations supporting submarine structures.
• Assist in design development from concept to detail design and construction support.
• Support development of 3D product models or 2D drawings for fabrication.
• Perform static and dynamic finite element analyses to support structural design.
• Analyze movement, hydrodynamics, stability, ballast, and hydrostatics considerations.
• Develop barge loading and cargo plans for at-sea transit of submarine modules.
