Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in an ABET accredited engineering field with 8 years of experience; MS in Systems Engineering preferred with 6 years.
• 5 years experience in Naval Aviation Systems Engineering required; 10 years with preferred
• Ability to obtain and maintain DoD Secret Clearance; US citizenship required.

Responsibilities

• Operate as SME or PM for NAVAIR-related programs, balancing cost, schedule, and performance.
• Lead system engineering reviews, risk management, and technical evaluations across teams.
• Coordinate with government and industry partners to ensure timely technical support.
• Develop technical approaches, cost estimates, and milestones for program objectives.
