ICI Services Corporation seeks an Acoustics Engineer to join our team in Washington, DC. The role supports ship design products, radiated noise requirements, and integration across distributed systems. You will develop technical solutions, review specifications, and coordinate with government stakeholders and shipyards.

Required DoD/Navy experience and the ability to travel up to 25%. A bachelor's degree in Engineering or Naval Architecture is preferred, with CAD software familiarity enhancing

Qualifications

• Knowledge of systems engineering principles and requirements management.
• Experience developing technical documentation and reports.
• History of working on quiet platforms and integrated distributed systems.
• Experience with DoD, Navy, or federal government programs is required.

Responsabilités

• Support design, integration, and production-level engineering of ship design products per Government System Specification and ABS.
• Provide integration support for vessel radiated noise requirements, including foundation and isolation mount design and mitigation solutions.
• Demonstrate history of working on quiet platforms and distributed systems integration.
• Analyze operational requirements and develop technical solutions for mission needs.
• Develop and review engineering documentation, technical reports, and system specs.
• Coordinate design with government stakeholders, program offices, shipyards, and technical teams.
• Participate in design reviews and system assessments; contribute to process improvements.
