Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in ECE, HDFS, Child Study, or EC Special Ed.
• Ability to work well with others.
• Strong understanding of child development, planning, and assessing.
• Infant/child CPR and First Aid certification, or willingness to become certified.
• Must clear full background check.
• Must pass health screening.

Responsibilities

• Lead an early childhood classroom, in partnership with a CoTeacher, and as part of a teaching team.
• Collaborate with coworkers to align philosophy and pedagogy with play and nature as central.
