Job summary

Earthplace Preschool in Westport, CT is seeking full‑time assistant teachers for a mixed‑age group (3s, 4s and 5s). You will join a collaborative teaching team to plan and implement a developmentally appropriate curriculum, supervise children, and provide a healthy, safe learning environment.

Ideal candidates have ECE coursework or 2 years with toddlers/preschoolers, strong communication, teamwork, and familiarity with CT regulations and CT ELDS.

Qualifications

• ECE courses and/or 2 years working with toddlers/preschoolers.
• Commitment to a positive difference in young children and families.
• Reliable, hardworking and eager to learn.
• Working knowledge of CT statutes, NAEYC criteria, and CT ELDS.
