You will engage young children in nature-based, experiential learning and partner with Harmony Homes residents for intergenerational activities on our 20+ acre site. The role emphasizes teaching across age groups, daily care, and both classroom and operational tasks.

Qualifications

• Background Check & fingerprinting required (state & federal)
• Health & Safety Orientation training (NH) completed
• Pediatric First Aid & CPR certification preferred/required
• NH Child Care Health Form (physical) within 12 months
• Minimum 18 years old with HS Diploma or equivalent; college ECE coursework preferred

Responsibilities

• Lead nature-based, hands-on activities across mixed age groups (infants to Pre-K).
• Provide compassionate daily care and support during routines and transitions.
• Assist with daily operations, program logistics, and administrative tasks with leadership exposure.
• Design experiential learning using the 20-acre grounds and interactions with Harmony Homes residents.
