Job summary

A Place to Grow in Durham, NH is seeking an experienced Early Childhood Educator for a hybrid teaching and administrative role. You will work directly with young children while receiving hands-on mentoring and support from our franchise owner to learn the operational and business side of early childhood education.

Lead engaging, nature-based activities across mixed age groups and support daily routines, classroom compliance, and team leadership.

Qualifications

Background check & fingerprinting required (company-paid).
Health & Safety Orientation training (6 hours).
Pediatric First Aid & CPR certification (company-paid).
Health screening form within last 12 months.
Minimum 18 years old with HS diploma; college coursework in ECE preferred.

Responsibilities

Multi-age teaching across infants to Pre-K with hands-on, nature-based activities.
Provide daily care & support through routines, transitions, and milestones.
Assist with daily operations, program logistics, and owner-guided leadership training.
