Qualifications

• Background check and fingerprinting required, fully paid by the company.
• NH Health & Safety Orientation training (6 hours) completed online.
• Pediatric First Aid & CPR certification or renewal, paid by the company.
• NH Child Care Personnel Health Form submitted (physical exam) paid by the employer.
• Minimum age 18 with high school diploma or equivalent; college coursework preferred.

Responsibilities

• Multi-age teaching across infants to Pre-K with nature-based activities.
• Provide daily care and support during routines and transitions.
• Assist with daily operations, program logistics, and administration.
• Contribute to community and curriculum planning using the 20-acre grounds.
