Conservation Corps North Bay seeks a Natural Resources Safety and Training Coordinator in San Rafael, CA. This full-time, exempt role oversees safety training, program delivery, and coordination with field staff to ensure compliance and high-quality environmental work.

Reporting to the Natural Resources Site Manager, you will implement safety protocols, deliver trainings, and help develop robust safety programs across projects, while supporting youth development and community resilience.
