TC Energy is seeking a Scheduler for the Nominations and Scheduling West team. The role supports daily natural gas transportation and storage operations across U.S.

pipeline assets, ensuring timely scheduling, confirmations, and alignment with operators and customers. Qualified candidates have a Bachelor’s degree or 4+ years of related experience, strong analytical and communication skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or 4+ years of related work experience.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to explain complex operational concepts clearly.
• Ability to manage tasks within fixed and tight deadlines.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a rotational team environment.
• Proficient in Microsoft applications (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, Access).
• Familiarity with interstate natural gas pipeline tariffs, contracts, and operations.
• Working knowledge of NAESB standards related to nominations, scheduling, and interconnect confirmations.

Responsabilités

• Execute scheduling activities in a deadline-driven environment with high accuracy.
• Schedule natural gas pipeline and storage capacity across multiple assets.
• Confirm scheduled activity with pipeline operators and interconnects.
• Monitor storage and related activities to ensure tariff compliance.
• Update pipeline capacity and location information as needed.
• Serve as a point of contact for customers and internal stakeholders.
• Respond to inquiries related to nominations, capacity scheduling, and confirmations.
• Provide training and support on transactional system functionality.
• Collaborate across teams to resolve operational issues.
• Provide coverage during evenings, weekends, and holidays.
