Job summary

Wade Trim is hiring a Mid-level Natural Gas Engineer to join our Industrial Commercial Energy Team in Pittsburgh. The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in Civil or Mechanical Engineering and 4-5 years of related experience.

A Professional Engineer license is preferred, and the position offers a flexible hybrid-remote schedule after 30 days of employment. Key tasks include pipeline design/construction, AutoCAD drawings, BOM preparation, project time estimates, and coordination with subcontractors

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Civil or Mechanical Engineering is required.
• 4-5 years of similar work experience is required.
• Professional Engineer License is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Design and construct natural gas pipelines.
• Prepare AutoCAD drawings for pipeline and mechanical work.
• Generate bill of materials for projects.
• Create estimated time requirements for projects.
• Coordinate with sub-contractors and vendors.
• Attend client, public, project and staff meetings.
