Whitaker Construction is seeking a Natural Gas Foreman to supervise a crew in the safe installation of underground natural gas utilities. You will read plans, enforce OSHA/OQ standards, and ensure quality throughout the project lifecycle.

The role requires leadership, experience with heavy equipment, a Class A CDL, and reliable transportation. You will guide team members, manage schedules, and maintain documentation on site.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years’ experience supervising underground natural gas utilities.
• Class A CDL required and valid Medical Card under DOT.
• Ability to read and interpret plans and specs for pipe layouts.
• Strong safety focus with knowledge of OSHA and OQ standards.
• Proven leadership and team mentoring capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Supervise natural gas crew in safe installation of underground utilities.
• Prioritize safety and quality in field operations.
• Read plans to understand layout, sequencing and pipe installations.
• Maintain safe work environment and enforce safety policy.
• Lead and mentor employees; manage daily production reporting.
