Job summary

Peak Utility Services Group is seeking a Gas Foreman to lead New Construction crews, ensuring safety, quality workmanship, and regulatory compliance on gas utility projects in Colorado. You will drive daily operations, coordinate schedules, and maintain comprehensive project records.

The ideal candidate has 3–5 years in utility construction, holds a CDL A, and excels at coordinating permits, inspections, and field communications to deliver projects on time and safely.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent desired.
• 3–5 years’ experience in a utility construction role required.
• Experience with underground utilities desired.
• CDL A is required.

Responsibilities

• Collect and monitor daily time and material coordination sheets from field crews.
• Verify transactions comply with Xcel Gas contracts and Peak Utilities Group procedures.
• Update daily crew schedules and communications to Supervisors.
• Coordinate permits, material releases, and project updates with teams.
• Maintain document retention and job scheduling records.
• Lead safety and quality on New Construction crews.
• Coordinate inspections, tool/equipment certification, and vendor repairs.
