Qualifications

• Three (3+) or more years' experience in construction.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.
• Possession of a valid State driver's license or ability to obtain one.

Responsibilities

• Lead field crews to ensure safety and quality workmanship.
• Verify client invoices against projects for proper billing.
• Manage crew schedules and communicate with Supervisors.
• Coordinate locations, permits, and material releases for projects.
• Maintain documentation and records of job activity and equipment.
