Natural Gas Foremen - Nashville, TN

Team Construction, LLC is seeking experienced Natural Gas Foremen to lead crews in the safe and efficient installation of underground utilities and natural gas projects in the Nashville area. This role involves hands‑on supervision, ensuring safety and quality standards, and direct interaction with customers and inspectors. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, a solid background in underground natural gas utilities, and a commitment to safety and teamwork.

What You’ll Need

• Minimum 3 years’ experience supervising the installation of underground natural gas utilities, or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Efficient at operating heavy equipment (excavators, loaders, etc.)
• Strong knowledge of equipment operations, safety, and maintenance
• Ability to read and interpret plans, specifications, and safety standards
• Ability to direct work and evaluate coworkers
• Knowledge of federal, state, and local codes
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work long hours, including nights and weekends as needed
• Physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work outdoors in varying conditions
• Ability to travel to project sites within a 4-hour radius of the home office

What Will Make You Stand Out
