Job summary

Enbridge Inc. is seeking an engineer to optimize daily operation of U.S. Gas Transmission and Midstream assets. You will forecast capacities, evaluate configurations, plan outages, and support outages with data-driven decisions.

The role requires 2+ years in oil & gas pipelines and a bachelor’s in engineering, with strong analytical and collaboration skills. Hybrid work and travel across US/Canada are expected.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of oil & gas pipeline experience with a relevant engineering degree.
• A general understanding of natural gas pipeline systems and safety/compliance practices across states.

Responsibilities

• Apply hydraulic models and tools to forecast daily pipeline capacities.
• Monitor capacities as outage plans change and optimize scheduling to reduce customer impact.
• Analyze operating parameters to optimize gas flow and support outages.
• Communicate modeling results with reports and recommendations for decisions.
• Support asset optimization, capital projects and operational enhancements.
• Assist with storage expansion, debottlenecking, budgeting, coordination and project execution.
