Job summary

Sweetwater Care is seeking a CNA Instructor to lead hands-on lab and clinical sessions for the NATP program in Montana. The role supports online didactics and requires in-person lab and clinical supervision at approved facilities.

The instructor will evaluate student competencies, maintain records, and ensure regulatory compliance while coordinating with program leadership. Part-time/per diem hours support flexible scheduling for educators.

Qualifications

• Active, unencumbered RN or LPN license in Montana.
• Minimum of 2 years nursing experience and 1 year in long-term care.
• Experience supervising certified nursing assistants.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Professional demeanor and ability to maintain confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Set up and provide in-person lab instruction.
