Job summary

Sweetwater Care is seeking a CNA Instructor for the NATP Lab & Clinical program in Montana. The role involves in-person lab instruction and clinical supervision at approved facilities, with emphasis on safety, regulatory compliance, and hands-on training for CNAs.

Requirements include an active Montana RN or LPN license and at least 1 year of nursing experience; hospital or nursing home experience preferred. Flexible part-time hours are available to support student cohorts and program needs.

Qualifications

• Active, unencumbered RN or LPN license in Montana.
• Minimum of 1 year nursing experience; nursing home preferred.
• Experience supervising certified nursing assistants and coordinating lab/clinical training.

Responsibilities

• Set up and provide in-person lab instruction.
• Supervise students during clinical rotations.
• Evaluate student skills and competencies.
• Maintain accurate attendance and clinical documentation.
• Ensure compliance with Montana state regulations.
• Communicate student progress with program leadership.
