Job Description:
Under the direction of the Administrator and supervision of the NATP Program Coordinator, the Instructor will provide hands‑on training and supervision in accordance with Montana state NATP requirements.
We are launching an online CNA program based in Butte, MT. Students complete the didactic (online) portion of the course remotely and require in‑person lab and clinical instruction at an approved healthcare facility.
Qualifications:
Active, unencumbered RN or LPN license in Montana
Minimum of 2 years nursing experience, nursing home is preferred
Experience in supervising certified nursing assistants
Strong communication and organizational skills
Professional demeanor and ability to maintain confidentiality
