Job summary

Sevan Multi-Site Solutions is seeking an entry-level Traveling Construction Laborer to support interior construction activities on tenant improvements, renovations, and retail refresh projects across the United States. You will work under a Foreman or Superintendent, performing demolition, material handling, site logistics, and general labor while supporting multiple trades.

The role requires willingness to travel extensively, with company-paid lodging and per diem provided.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• OSHA 10 certification required or ability to obtain.
• Willingness to travel extensively across the United States.
• Experience using hand tools, power tools, and basic construction equipment preferred.
• Ability to follow verbal and written instructions in a fast-paced construction environment.
• Valid driver’s license preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform selective demolition and material handling on sites.
• Support carpenters, finish technicians, and other crafts.
• Load, unload, transport, stage materials and equipment.
• Maintain clean, safe work areas and follow safety procedures.
• Travel to project locations nationwide as required.
• Assist with site logistics, jobsite cleanup, and closeout activities.
• Operate basic construction tools safely.
• Assist with mobilization and demobilization activities.
