Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service to caregivers via phone-based recruiting and outreach.
• Maintain relationships with caregivers throughout the process through placement nationwide.
• Follow up by phone on qualified leads and identify candidates for open positions.
• Conduct initial phone screens and coordinate with Account Managers for fit.
• Meet division metrics via dials, placements, and profiles.
• Seek out new recruiting tools to gain new business.
• Promote a team-oriented culture.
• Adhere to all company policies and standards.
