Job summary

Community Health Accreditation Partner (CHAP) is recruiting National DMEPOS Site Visitors (Surveyors) to support a nationwide travel-based program focused on ensuring quality compliance with CMS DMEPOS standards.

This role requires an active license/certification or related undergraduate degree, and hands-on experience with DMEPOS regulations. You will travel nationwide, with a minimum on-site presence of 8 days per month, and participate in initial training and preceptorship.

Qualifications

• Active license/certification or undergraduate degree in a related specialty.
• PT/OT (Physical/Occupational Therapist).
• Knowledge of CMS DMEPOS Quality Standards and Supplier Standards.
• Knowledge of DMEPOS inspection, investigation and regulatory methods; medical terminology; and related equipment/services.
• Refer to the attached Site Visitor Per Diem Job Description for additional qualifications.
• A minimum of 8 days per month on site is required (excluding travel day).
