Job summary

Community Health Accreditation Partner (CHAP) is hiring National DMEPOS Site Visitors (Surveyors) to support quality across the country. This travel-based role requires active licensure or a related undergraduate degree, and experience with DMEPOS standards.

The position emphasizes in-person site visits and compliance assessments across diverse equipment and services. Expect on-site time, travel days, and per diem details; training in first two months is required, with airfare paid by CHAP and

Qualifications

• Active license/certification or undergraduate degree in a related specialty area.
• PT/OT (Physical/Occupational Therapist)
• Knowledge of CMS DMEPOS Quality Standards and Supplier Standards.
• Knowledge of DMEPOS equipment/services and regulatory methods.
• Refer to Site Visitor Per Diem Job Description for additional qualifications.
• Minimum of 8 days per month on-site required (excluding travel days).
