Job summary

Community Health Accreditation Partner (CHAP) is recruiting National DMEPOS Surveyors for a nationwide travel-based role assessing sites against CMS standards. The position focuses on healthcare quality and regulatory compliance across the country.

Applicants should hold an active license/certification or related degree, with PT/OT background and knowledge of DMEPOS standards. On-site work (min 8 days/month) and travel per diem are provided as part of the package.

Qualifications

• Active license/certification or undergraduate degree in a related specialty area.
• PT/OT (Physical/Occupational Therapist).
• Knowledge of CMS DMEPOS Quality Standards and Supplier Standards.
• Familiarity with the durable medical equipment, prosthetics, orthotics and supplies domain and related inspection/regulatory methods.

Responsibilities

• Perform site visits to DMEPOS facilities across the country.
• Evaluate compliance with CMS DMEPOS standards and CHAP requirements.
• Document findings and contribute to quality improvement initiatives.
