Community Health Accreditation Partner (CHAP) is recruiting National DMEPOS Site Visitors (Surveyors) to support quality across the country. This nationwide travel-based role requires an active license or undergraduate degree in a related area, plus knowledge of CMS DMEPOS standards.

The role emphasizes site visits, travel days, per diem and travel reimbursements. Training is required in the initial period to meet program expectations and complete the preceptorship.

Qualifications

• Active license/certification or undergraduate degree in a related specialty area is required.
• PT/OT (Physical/Occupational Therapist) background is preferred.
• Knowledge of CMS DMEPOS Quality Standards and Supplier Standards is required.
• Familiarity with the DMEPOS equipment and regulatory methods is expected.
